Who i love

Navajo my soul dog + my very best friend. i found her roaming the desert while on a road trip. she was covered in ticks and had the stinkiest breath ive ever smelt. (still does) if she could talk she would tell you that she loves the beach, playing in the snow and watching squirrels.

Dylan — My soul mate + husband. I found him roaming the desert too. (just kidding) we met just like any other pandemic couple— on hinge. a true modern day romance and i wouldn’t have it any other way. Dylan is the most patient and kind hearted man i’ve ever met and he makes me feel loved every single day. i truly feel so lucky that i get to spend forever with him.

WHERE IM FROM

I grew up in Southern California, right next to the beach. I spent a lot of time while I was younger surrounded by friends and hanging with my Grandma. My Grandma introduced me to photography, camping and the outdoors and for that I am forever grateful.

At home there were always animals around; cats, birds, hamsters, fish and LOTS of dogs. I would say it has molded me into the animal lover I am today.

Although I call Portland, Oregon home now, I do miss seeing the ocean everyday.

More about me

Other than photography, I love being outdoors and exploring other creative mediums, like ceramics. I am a picnic at the park and camping in the forest next to a river type of lady. If we go camping next to a river together one day, best believe I will be tubing down the rapids all day.

As long as I’m surrounded by my pals, my dog and my partner, I am content. I feel lucky I get to call this little life mine and I hope everyone has the opportunity to sit with nature as much as possible.

My Why

I have been behind the camera for 8 years now and I still pinch myself that I get to call this my career. Photography has shaped me into the person I am today and has changed how I see the world. It inspires me to see beauty in the most simple things and continues to bring the most incredible people into my life.

Getting to know my clients that I now get to call friends is the highlight of my “job.” I know that sounds super cheesy, but it’s the truth. Above all, is the connection i feel with my wonderful clients.

If you want someone to just show up with a camera and deliver some pretty pictures, you wont find that here. My best work happens after I get to know you and your story. I want you to look back at your images and see an honest reflection of you. We aren’t here to create something forced, we are here for the real and for the messy, however that looks to you.
