Theres nothing I love more than working with friends. Especially when you are documenting such a special moment in their lives, theres just something so emotional about it.

I have known Lauren since I was 7 years old. I remember it like it was yesterday. She walked up to me on the playground wearing Winnie the Pooh sunglasses and asked if I wanted to play. We were inseparable ever since. Her house was my second home and her family quickly became my family. We went through every stage of life together, from preforming made up dances in the living room for our parents to sneaking out of the house to get tipsy at a park.

We have made different groups of friends, lived in different area codes and been in different stages in our lives, but I know I can always count on Lauren like a sister. Seeing Lauren become a mother is going to be one of my greatest joys. Her and her husband, Jon are going to raise one strong, kind and intelligent badass kid and I cant wait to document more of their journey.
